  Surprisingly honest! Took my computer in to have it diagnosed and repaired. After diagnosing the problem and getting my authorization for the repair work they were unable to fix the computer with the new pieces. After taking time to look up the issue they found that since the bios locked out the motherboard would need to be replaced by the manufacturer. Rather than charging me for repairs that didn't work they only charged a modest $20 diagnostic fee for their time and efforts. I would definitely recommend them for anyone that has computer issues, including gaming systems. They have earned my business in the future.
